Simar Gill has been living and breathing real estate since he was a boy as he was born into a real estate family. While he gained degrees in business and economics, later topped off with an MBA, Simar always knew his future would be in real estate. Immediately after graduation he worked with a development company, gaining invaluable insights into the property industry, before joining his father’s real estate agency. Some of his most memorable sales have involved the delicate art of negotiation, in which he has been able to find the common ground between vendor and buyer, so that each party walks away happy with the outcome. Customers place a high value on Simar’s honest and informed advice, his willingness to walk away from an opportunity rather than win a listing through unachievable and unrealistic price guidance. This adherence to service with integrity has translated into strong and enduring relationships that have helped to build his reputation. There is the bonus, too, of Simar’s economics background, and with it his ability to understand how global trends might impact the local market. Outside of work, Simar is an avid football/soccer fan, a regular gym goer and a voracious reader of self-help books.
